My first thought was “But we don’t, just look at the opinions of conservatives and how much they’re tolerated.” Upon reflection I realized, “Oh yea, the exception that proves the rule.” Conservatives (and culturally tone-deaf libertarians) are the ones who care least about protecting people’s feelings.
